We are very proud to announce that Owers Warwick Architects project Inventa took home the Adaptive Reuse into Office award at the Architects’ Journal Retrofit and Reuse Awards last night.
Judges praise for Inventa – “The design’s striking simplicity, especially the flowing atrium spaces, creates a bright, collaborative environment that excels in functionality while enhancing user wellbeing. Judges praised Inventa as a carefully executed and groundbreaking example, pioneering innovative approaches in a typology few projects have yet dared to explore. “
OWA’s Richard Warwick said, “We are delighted to receive this prestigious award and would like to thank our wonderful client Mission Street, along with the dedicated design and construction team who made it possible. This recognition builds on our strong portfolio of adaptive reuse projects and follows in the footsteps of our BCO National Refurbished/Recycled Award for Sycamore House”
With huge thanks to Mission Street, Hilson Moran, Elliott Wood, Willmott Dixon Interiors, Equation Lighting and our team Owers Warwick Architects
