We are delighted that our scheme for five new apartments on Broad Street, Ely received planning approval last week.
The scheme in the centre of Ely will replace a dilapidated light-industrial shed with two apartments within a two-storey building that repairs the street frontage in keeping with the conservation area. To the rear, a modest new barn-like structure will contain three further dwellings.
