We’re excited to announce that planning permission has been approved and construction is now underway on the refurbishment of the Hobson’s Building at St Catharine’s College, Cambridge.
Developed in close collaboration with the College, the project has been shaped around two priorities: improving the quality of student accommodation and reducing the environmental impact of the building, while retaining the character and distinct identity of this historic residence.
The refurbishment will deliver enhanced bathroom and kitchen provision, reconfigured layouts, and a carefully considered interior design package featuring new finishes, furnishings and furniture throughout, together with a comprehensive package of energy-efficiency measures including renewed services and a low-carbon air source heat pump system.
