Our brief for Sycamore House was to convert the tired and underused 1970s warehouse into an exciting space for some of the UK’s most innovative research companies.
The building, on the outskirts of Stevenage is fully occupied and has a buzz the moment you walk into the space. We think that the clever reinvention of this shed into new cutting-edge, life-science building is a testament to Kadans Science Partner’s vision and the work of the design team to realise this.
