This scheme for 80 new dwellings is to the north of Longstanton at a strategic position adjacent to the guided busway. The development will form a new gateway into Northstowe and is a sustainable redevelopment of disused brownfield land. Proposals establish a hierarchy of characterful streets and places, as well as integrated and enhanced green and blue infrastructure and safe pedestrian and cycle links to Northstowe.
At the heart of the development is a communal green space for recreation and bio-diversity.
A central green corridor through the entire development links the guided busway to the countryside.
