The Quinton Masterplan envisions a dynamic and flexible workspace, featuring three adaptable office blocks within a landscape-led design. Building on the early proposals presented in October 2020, the scheme was carefully refined to deliver an efficient, flexible layout that fully aligns with the client’s brief and requirements.
A key focus of the design is the integration of landscape and architecture. The landscape has been thoughtfully developed to create a contextual response, seamlessly connecting the parkland, buildings, and car parks to enhance both functionality and visual appeal.
