Our proposals for a mixed use development on the high street in Dartford sits on an important route between the central of town and the train station. The scheme will provide nine apartments and ground floor retail units. The existing building fronting the high street will be retained, refurbished and extended and a number of low quality storage units will be replaced with a four storey block fronting a resurfaced pedestrian mews.
