Owers Warwick Architects is delighted that last night Oxford City Council approved plans for three high-quality, lab-enabled buildings at 195 Botley Road for British Land.
The 350,000sqft buildings will be a key development in the establishment of a new vibrant research quarter on the edge of Oxford’s City Centre.
The buildings have been designed in close collaboration with an excellent team comprising DP9 Limited, Montagu Evans, Hoare Lea, Elliott Wood, Turner & Townsend Alinea and SLR Consulting .
The beautifully designed buildings create new public spaces and amenity. The scheme has been designed to meet the highest environmental standards, with sustainability at the heart of every decision.
