Our design forms part of our wider master plan for Limassol East.
The offices are each arranged around an open, landscaped courtyard offering sweeping views towards the sea. Access to the ground-floor offices is provided by an external colonnade, blending functionality with architectural elegance.

At the heart of the building lies a vibrant communal hub, with touchdown workspaces and a café with both indoor seating and shaded outdoor areas. This dynamic space is designed to foster collaboration and social interaction, encouraging connections among different organisations.
The office spaces are highly adaptable, accommodating a range of tenants, from start-ups to established, larger businesses.
The design aspires to achieve a high level of sustainability, incorporating features such as natural ventilation, filtered daylight, and renewable energy solutions. Solar panels, grey water systems, thermal mass, solar shading, and extensive soft landscaping contribute to an eco-conscious environment. Air source heat pumps (ASHP) and other low-energy systems will be integral to the design.

A cycle hub, equipped with showers and lockers, promotes active travel, including cycling and walking.
Car parking is discreetly located at the rear of the building with direct access from the road. The parking area is shaded by photovoltaic (PV) panels, which also provide EV charging capabilities, enhancing the project’s commitment to sustainable transport.
