Blacktrace is an extraordinary business, and an inspiring client; it was that combination and the previous experience of building a house for the founding partner that added to the success of this project.
The building comprises Hi-tech workshops on the ground floor and open plan, flexible office space on the first floor. The two spaces are connected by an auditorium/meeting space that helps unite the two parts of the business and nurture cross fertilization of ideas.
Meeting and breakout rooms are located to the side of the first floor plan and are lit through light chimneys that connect to existing roof light openings.
