We are delighted to see Project Spires starting on site next week.
We have have worked closely with Mission Street, Buro Four, Elliot Wood, Hilson Moran, Abakus Consulting, Equation and Barton Willmore, to transform this uninspiring and redundant retail shed into exciting new space for a laboratory and offices to support the life science market in Oxford.
Work starts on site in July 2022 with main contractor Willmott Dixon and we are due to complete summer 2023.
